At its Unpacked presentation on Wednesday, Samsung announced its all-new Galaxy S22 series. Highlighted by the $1,200 Galaxy S22 Ultra phone. As is customary, the Ultra is the most costly, nonfoldable device available from the South Korean electronics behemoth. It’s equipped with the greatest mobile technology the firm has to offer. There’s a large, bright screen, a powerful CPU, and numerous back cameras. Here is a comparison of Galaxy S22 vs Pixel 6 Pro
The S22 Ultra, which is currently available for presale, heralds the debut of one of this year’s most anticipated premium Android phones. However, the competition is intense, and Google’s flagship Pixel 6 Pro is so outstanding.

But how do their credentials match up? The complete breakdown is available below, but it’s a close race. The screens and resolutions of the phones are comparable. They both feature comparable battery capacities, up to 12GB of RAM, Android 12 OS, and 5G connection. Only the Pixel 6 Pro has Google’s Tensor processor. So we’ll have to wait and see how it compares to the S22 Ultra’s Exynos or Snapdragon CPU (depending on location). The camera module has a greater difference. Aside from the camera, one of the most noticeable distinctions that will undoubtedly sway buyers is the pricing. As previously stated, the S22 Ultra starts at $1,200 for the model with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. That’s a $300 premium over the Pixel 6 Pro, which begins at $899.
Nonetheless, many of the upgrades seen on the newly released S22 Ultra. Such as faster CPUs and clearer cameras, are the kind of incremental improvements expected from next-generation smartphones. What actually distinguishes the S22 Ultra from its high-end Android rivals is the presence of a S Pen. As well as a physical slot on the phone for storing the pen. S Pen fans who bought last year’s Galaxy S21 Ultra had to purchase the stylus separately and opt for a specific case that could store both.
